So the guy is stupid, do we have to fire him?

I'm getting the impression that BBC may be overreacting to DJ David Dyke's comments on public breastfeeding. The guy is obviously stupid. You really don't have to go much further then his statement that "breastfeeding is unnatural". How stupid can anyone be? Last time I heard humans were still mammals. Sure, it would be wonderful if we could start growing out of eggs and feed on raw grain instead of sucking milk from female breasts in our early infancies... Actually, scratch that, I kind of like the idea that we can benefit from mamma's nutrient and antibody rich milk. Seems like a very clever way of improving little humans' survivability. So unnatural it definitely is not. Now, granted the guy is a stupid ignorant slob, probably either excessively prudish or shamelessly hypocrite, but does he really have to be sacked? I don't know the guy, maybe his other programs have the same level of content and, if that is the case, I would say he is not the 'BBC material' and he should be sacked because it is an embarrassment for a media company with the history 92 years old BBC has, a beacon of quality, to have such a low quality, ignorant professional hosting one of their programs. But if the guy usually produces at a higher standard and he slipped this once, maybe he could get away with a slap in the wrist. Maybe he just made a poor choice of topic and he will do better next time. After all, he did apologize.
